Corrections & Accuracy

We get things wrong sometimes. Here’s how we fix them.

Our claims are extracted with AI and our research is pulled from PubMed at scale, so mistakes happen — a misattributed quote, an outdated study, a missing caveat. We’d rather hear about them than not.

How to report an error

Use the “Report an error on this page” link near the bottom of any supplement page. Tell us what’s wrong and, if you can, cite a source — that helps us verify and fix it faster. Leaving an email is optional and only used to follow up with you.

What we do with it

  • · We review every report.
  • · Confirmed factual errors are corrected, and the underlying data is updated so the fix sticks.
  • · If a claim can’t be verified either way, we’ll mark it as uncertain rather than guess.
  • · We won’t remove accurate information just because someone disagrees with it.

For how the data is built in the first place, see how our data is made. This is educational information, not medical advice.
